There is always a phase in life where we think low of our self our body and our soul. People are mostly not comfortable working out in public places or going jogging in the streets fear of getting laughed at, and scared of being picked at for their size or other things. So they hide inside their homes most of the time, and starve them self. Well, that won’t help anyone around and not them self as well.
